Uniglobe Island Travel opened in Guernsey in 1992. Since then it has grown to be the Island's leading Travel Agency, winning Travel Weekly Magazines prestigious Great Britain Independent Shop of the year for the year 2000.

In 1998 expansion continued with the opening of the first office on the UK mainland when Uniglobe Island Travel (Bristol) opened.
Initially the office undertook corperate travel bookings only. With the purchase (in July 2001) of Brian Jones Travel in Horfield the Bristol office is now able to look after the full range of travel requirements.

In September 2003 Uniglobe Summertown Travel located in Summertown Oxford closed and Uniglobe Island Travel was asked by the Great Britain and Ireland Region to operate an office from that location to safeguard the interests of the clients and to maintain a Uniglobe location in the area. Since that time business has flourished and Uniglobe Island Travel (Oxford) is now a succesful location for us employing 7 full and part-time staff in its Leisure and Corporate Travel departments.
